Maine Regrow F10 choose kiya kyunki mera top section normal routine se zyada focused care maang raha tha. Routine mein sirf kuch minutes lagte hain aur maintain karna simple hai. Unrealistic expectation ke bajaye steady improvement better lagti hai.
